Welcome to SalesHunter AI (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and AI-powered sales automation tools. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into agreements to use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SalesHunter AI provides sales automation and AI-driven tools including:

  • Chatbots and inbound AI agents

  • Email, LinkedIn, and multichannel outreach

  • Lead qualification, data enrichment, and workflow automation

  • Messaging, analytics, and reporting

  • Integrations with CRMs, email providers, and third-party tools

The Platform may be updated or improved at any time.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

4. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods with limited functionality or time restrictions. Trial conditions may change without notice.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
Non-payment may result in suspension of your account.

6. Refund Policy

SalesHunter AI provides refunds only if:

  • A confirmed platform malfunction occurs, and

  • The malfunction prevents the use of essential features, and

  • Our support team cannot resolve the issue

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • User configuration errors

  • Integration failures from third-party services

  • Change of business direction

  • Partially used billing periods

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for spam or unlawful activities

  • Abuse, harass, or harm others

  • Interfere with or disrupt system security

  • Reverse engineer the Platform

  • Process prohibited or sensitive personal data

Violation may lead to suspension or termination.

8. Integrations and Third-Party Services

SalesHunter AI integrates with external applications such as Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, CRMs, and similar tools.
We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service failures

  • Policy or API changes from external platforms

You must comply with third-party terms when connecting integrations.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and proprietary technology of the Platform remain our exclusive property.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Harmful behavior

  • Payment failures

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee sales outcomes, results, or performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, or indirect damages.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are drafted in a neutral format to be interpreted according to applicable law unless otherwise agreed.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — SalesHunter AI

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the event of a confirmed malfunction of the Platform which prevents access to essential features and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • User setup or configuration errors

  • Third-party integration failures

  • Change of business or strategy

  • Partially used billing cycles

2. Free Trial

A free trial is available for evaluation.
Once a subscription is active, charges are final unless the malfunction conditions apply.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger refunds or prorated credits.

4. Requesting a Refund

Send your request to support @saleshunter.io with:

  • Account email

  • Description of the issue

  • Evidence of malfunction


DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA) — SalesHunter AI

This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Terms of Service and governs the processing of personal data between:
Controller: The user or organization using SalesHunter AI
Processor: SalesHunter AI

1. Purpose

The Processor will process personal data only to provide:

  • Sales automation

  • Multichannel outreach

  • Chatbot interactions

  • Analytics and reporting

  • Customer support

  • System maintenance

  • Integration processes

2. Roles

The Controller determines the purpose and legal basis of processing.
The Processor acts only on the Controller’s documented instructions.

3. Types of Data

SalesHunter AI may process:

  • Names, emails, phone numbers

  • Business and contact details

  • Message logs

  • Campaign and engagement data

  • Data from integrations (LinkedIn, Gmail, CRMs, messaging apps)

The Controller should not send sensitive data categories.

4. Sub-Processors

We may use sub-processors for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, and AI processing.
A complete list is available upon request.
Controllers will be notified of any significant changes.

5. Security Measures

We maintain:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest

  • Access control and authentication systems

  • Secure servers and firewalls

  • Continuous monitoring

  • Incident response procedures

6. International Data Transfers

Transfers are protected through:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or

  • Equivalent legal mechanisms

7. Assistance with Data Subject Rights

The Processor will assist the Controller in fulfilling:

  • Access requests
  • Correction
  • Deletion
  • Objections
  • Data portability
    As required under applicable law.

8. Data Breach Notification

In case of a personal data breach, the Processor will notify the Controller without undue delay and provide all relevant information.

9. Data Deletion or Return

Upon Controller request or account closure:

  • Data will be securely deleted or returned

  • Backups will be purged according to retention schedules

10. Duration

This DPA remains effective for the duration of the Controller’s use of the Platform.
